If you follow a low carb lifestyle , these keto sausage balls are something you have to try. They are made from fresh pork sausage and taste divine. Each keto sausage ball is rich in flavor and loaded with cheddar cheese.

You can serve them as a snack or with cauliflower rice for a complete meal and they will taste delicious either way. They’re also a quick, light keto breakfast idea when you’re tired of pancakes or eggs.

Also keep in mind that pork sausages are not required in this recipe. In fact, you can use any type of low-carb sausage you prefer. Also, if you choose to use pork in this recipe, you can use ground pork if you already have it on hand or if it’s easier to find. However, we used pork sausages because they have the perfect amount of spice and balanced flavor for this recipe.

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 0.5 lb pork sausage, raw and casing removed
  • 4 oz. Cream cheese

To make this recipe, you will first need to assemble all the ingredients to make the low carb sausage balls.

Next, in a bowl, combine the almond flour, cheddar cheese, Italian seasoning and baking powder and mix well.

Then add the pork and cream cheese.

Stir with clean hands to form a “dough”.

Preheat the oven to 400F.
