This Vegan Jackfruit Tikka Masala is packed with irresistible flavors! Marinated jackfruit is charred to perfection then topped with a rich, creamy tomato-based sauce. Pour it over your favorite rice and enjoy an easy dinner in just 40 minutes!

Such a comforting meal, perfect for busy weeknights and one that everyone will love!

This curry is just as creamy, buttery and rich as the traditional version! It’s full of spices that strike a nice balance between salty, spicy, warm and sweet flavors.

The earthy aroma alone is incredibly comforting and tantalizing. Easily prepare it for a large group or enjoy delicious leftovers for days.

Jackfruit is used as a meat substitute, while plant-based yogurt and cream help create a thick, tangy consistency.

Simply coat the jackfruit with the marinade mixture before cooking it in the pan. Then cook it in a tomato-based masala sauce that is out of this world. The flavors come together beautifully in just a few minutes and dinner is served!
