Tips and tricks for making the grilled chicken breast juicer

Chicken breasts can be very dry when cooked. To make them juicier, dip them in a little salt water before grilling.

To soak meat in brine, first prepare the brine by simply adding two cups of water, 2 to 3 tablespoons of salt, and 1 tablespoon of keto brown sugar to a container. Mix well, place the chicken breasts making sure they are submerged and leave them in this solution for up to 30 minutes.

The brine solution will force the chicken to absorb some of the moisture from the brine, making it juicier.
