- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 4 slices of Provolone cheese
How to Make Keto Grilled Chicken
To get started, first gather all your ingredients in one place.
Then heat the olive oil in a pan,Add the peppers and onions and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Make a cut in each chicken breast, horizontally. Like that:
Fill the chicken with a slice of cheese, the pepper and onion mixture and the second piece of cheese.
Press the ends of the chicken to seal them and pheat grill to medium-high heat.
