Recipe Tips for a Crispy Tofu Burger

Short on time ? Use pre-cut coleslaw mix and store-bought Sriracha mayonnaise to speed up the process without compromising flavor.

Tofu tip: Poke holes in the tofu before marinating to allow for better absorption of the flavors of the spices.

Let the flavors meld: For more flavorful tofu patties, marinate the tofu for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight (24 hours).

Cooking Tips: Although I prefer the air fryer because it provides the crispiest patties, you can also cook them in the oven! I recommend cooking them on a rack to avoid having to turn the patties so that both sides are nice and crispy!
