Tips for Making the Best Keto Beef Stew

  1. Choose the meat; accompany it with beef stew meat, chuck meat or filet mignon and avoid pre-cut beef. Most butchers carry it, but they are probably the worst types and parts of beef. Also, when choosing your beef, make sure there is a little fat on it for added flavor to the stew.
  2. Seasoning; go easy on the seasoning if you’re using our homemade keto bone broth recipe. This is because the broth is already well seasoned, so adding too much additional seasoning will ruin your stew. If you’re unsure, season the stew once it’s fully cooked.
  3. The longer the stew sits, the more flavor it takes on. Therefore, once the recipe is cooked, instead of quickly releasing the pressure, let it come down naturally.
