Storage -Store leftover muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days. Once completely cooled, place them in an airtight container and close the lid tightly. Alternatively, you can freeze them for up to 2 months. To enjoy frozen muffins, let them thaw at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours before eating.

Tips and tricks

  1. The most accurate way to measure flour involves pouring it into your measuring cup, leveling it with the back of a knife.
  2. Don’t overmix your dough. Overmixing allows gluten to develop and too much gluten will give you gummy, dense muffins.
